Learned Advocate for the Applicant has produced on record the copy of order dated 12.03.2021 passed in group of civil applications along with Civil Application No. 3099/2021 in FAST No. 6591/2021 wherein this Court has stayed the execution and operation of the award in that case.

Considering above, till next date, there shall be stay to the execution and operation of the impugned judgment and award subject to condition of depositing of 60% amount as per the award along with interest within eight weeks from today in the office of this Court.
