Heard Mr Atul Sadre, learned counsel appearing for the applicants. None appears for the respondents, who are served.

2. The learned counsel for the applicant has filed affidavit in service wherein he has annexed the postal acknowledgement of the service to respondent nos.11(e) and 11(f). Hence, service is complete on respondent nos.11(e) and 11(f).

3. The farad sheet mentions that respondent no.10 is not alive and as per the statement made by the learned counsel for the applicant, the legal heirs of respondent no.10 are already arrayed as respondents. 25th April, 2025

MCA 71 of 2024 Necessary amendment may be carried out in the cause title to that effect within a period of two weeks.

4. As far as respondent no.5 is concerned, the applicant seeks some time to serve the said respondent no.5.
