This application is filed in transfer application No.1 of 2021, which was disposed on by this Court on 05.08.2021, transferring the case pending before the Family Court at Bandra to the Court of the Civil Judge at Vasco Da Gama. In the meantime, the Civil Court at Vasco Da Gama has disposed of the matrimonial petition No.54 of 2020 instituted by the Respondent- wife on 17.06.2023. Since the matrimonial petition is disposed of by the trial Court, the preset MCA is rendered infructuous and is dismissed accordingly. VALMIKI MENEZES, J.
