2. This is an application under Section 9 of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act seeking an interim measure pending appointment of the Arbitrator. This Court, by its order dated 07.11.2020 rejected the grant of interim protection and then adjourned the matter. No application to appoint an Arbitrator has been filed by the Applicant till date. In view of this fact, the application has obviously become infructuous as no Arbitrator has been appointed since the year 2020.
