Heard the counsel for the parties.

We dispose of the writ petition by directing the respondents to deal with the recommendations of the Director, Primary Education, State of Maharashtra, Pune as reflected in Annexure-XIII, which is communication dated 28/06/2012 in regard to condoning the period of break in service in respect of the petitioner. 3.

Let the decision taken be communicated to the petitioner within a period of eight weeks from production of this order before the concerned Authorities.

We direct the respondent-State Government to be sensitive of the fact that the petitioner has already opted for voluntary retirement on 30/06/2008.

No costs.
