No. 2 - Sudhakar Kisan Gawande on record. It is stated in the application that R.No. 2 expired on 09/12/2020. Copy of death certificate is annexed with application. Hence, the applicant prays for bringing legal heirs of deceased R.No. 2 on record.

It is seen that the R.No. 2 has expired on 09/12/2020 during the pendency of the matter and the present application is filed on 10/02/2021 i.e.

within time stipulated and right to sue survives.

Hence, the application is allowed.

Permission is granted to the applicant to bring the legal heirs of the deceased R. No. 2 on record.

Necessary amendments be carried out in the cause title of the matter.
