It also appears from the Farad Sheet dated 08/08/2025 that an amount of Rs. 5,15,209/- has been deposited in this Court on 08/08/2025. CIVIL APPLICATION (F) NO. 2589 OF 2025 1) Learned counsel for the appellant submitted that the principal amount of Rs. 2,27,800/- has already been deposited before the learned Reference Court, and remaining balance amount has been deposited in this Court on 08/08/2025, therefore, he urged for grant of stay to the effect and operation of the impugned judgment and award till the disposal of the appeal.

2) Having considered the above facts, as well as the reasons disclosed in the application, the application is allowed in terms of prayer clause (a) till the disposal of the appeal.
