AUGUST 13, 2025 1) Learned counsel for the appellant submitted that the applicant has been deposited Rs. 3,27,942/- in the Reference Court, and; remaining balance amount, statutory benefit and interest have been deposited in this Court on 08/08/2025, and therefore, he urged for the grant of stay to the effect and operation of the impugned judgment and order. 2) Having considered the reasons disclosed in the application, as well as the fact that the appellant has deposited the entire amount of compensation in the Reference Court and this Court as per the award, in my view, it would be appropriate to stay the impugned judgment and award.
