C.A.S. No. 264/2026 in Second Appeal No.157/2020 Coram : Registrar(Judicial) Dated : 26.02.2026 The application of appellants is taken out to correct the address of Respondent Nos. 2 & 4. As per application, the notice could not be served to the aforesaid respondents for want of correct address. It is further stated in the application that appellants are providing correct address of aforesaid respondents. Thus, the appellants want to serve aforesaid respondents on corrected address.

Since, the application is formal in nature, the same is allowed. Necessary amendment be carried out in the cause title of the matter. Thereafter, office to issue notice to the aforesaid respondents, returnable within four weeks.

Second Appeal No. 157/2020 As per office note, notice issued to Respondent No.5 received back unserved for want of further time. Hence, returnable date is extended by four weeks.
