DATED : NOVEMBER 25, 2025 P.C.:
1.
The petitioner has challenged the certificate issued in favour of the Housing Society for recovery of maintenance dues from the petitioner. During the course of hearing, an opportunity was granted to the petitioner to deposit the outstanding maintenance amount. However, the petitioner has declined and not ready to deposit the same.
903-wp-6759-2021.doc 2.
Moreover, on perusal of the impugned order, I do not find any illegality or infirmity to interfere, either with respect to the quantum of maintenance or the Society's authority to recover maintenance. Hence, there is no merit in the petition. 3.
Accordingly, the writ petition stands dismissed. 4.
In view of the dismissal of the writ petition, the interim application does not survive and is accordingly disposed of. (AMIT BORKAR, J.)
