Ms.Kajal Rajak, the learned advocate appearing for the Petitioner stated that the arguing counsel in the above matter is out of station for medical reasons. She, therefore, requested that the matter be kept after 3 weeks.

Considering these peculiar facts and circumstances, we place the above matter on 3rd February 2026. Since the Writ Petition pending since 2020, we make it clear to the parties that no further time will be granted, and the parties will have to argue the matter on the next occasion.
