This application is for bringing on record the names of heirs and legal representatives of deceased sole petitioner. Learned Page no. 1 of 2

35-wp-2669-2010-ia-9609-2025.doc counsel for the applicants submits that the sole petitioner expired on 6th October 2020. In view of the exemption granted during Covid pandemic restrictions, the present application is within limitation. 2.

For the reasons stated in the application, the delay if any is condoned and the application is allowed in terms of prayer clauses (a) and (b).

Amendment to be carried out within three weeks. 4.
