When the matter is called out, Ms. Talhar, learned AGP appears for the Applicant-State and submits that she was under an impression that service had already been effected. However, Ms. Khemani, learned Counsel, appears for the Respondents and submits that she did not have a copy of the Interim Application and has received the same only just now and some time be granted to take instructions. Considering that this is only an application to bring the legal heirs of the deceased Respondent No.2 on record, let instructions be taken expeditiously.
