It is true that learned Advocate for the Appellant-victim has already completed the argument on the point of admission. Learned Advocate for the Respondent Nos.1 to 3 is in the process of arguing the matter by way of opposing admission. If this Court feels that there is no merit in the Appeal, it will not be admitted and it will be dismissed. 2.

It is told that the Postal department has issued an appointment letter to the Respondent No.1 and he is about to join tomorrow. So, present urgency for hearing this Appeal no more survives. So, let us call Record and Proceeding. Thereafter, this Court will hear the learned Advocates. 3.

Today, also it is made clear that yet Appeal is not admitted and Court is in the process of hearing the parties on the point of admission. 4.
