In view of the decision of this Court dated 03/07/2020 in Bail Application No. 817 of 2020, this appeal with a prayer for anticipatory bail is not maintainable. Leaned counsel for the appellant seeks leave to convert this appeal into an application for anticipatory bail.

Leave to amend is granted. The office to do the needful by permitting the appellant to carry out necessary amendments.

The interim protection already in operation to continue for a period of 4 weeks from today. It is open for the appellant to move the appropriate Court for continuation of the interim protection.
