Mr. Parshurami, learned AGP appearing for the Respondent Nos.1 and 15 states that the Petitioner has already filed an Application dated 4th July 2024 to carry out detailed survey of land bearing Survey Nos.59A and 60, Hissa No.3 situated at old Nagardas Road, Village-Gondavali, Tal. Andheri, Mumbai. He states that accordingly the procedure of conducting survey is going on and report of City Survey Officer will be submitted to this Court. He seeks four weeks time.
