______________________________________________________ CORAM : M.S. Sonak & Advait M. Sethna, JJ.

DATED : 14 November 2025 P.C.:- 1.

Heard Mr. Nishant Chotani, learned counsel for the Petitioner. By order dated 3 September 2021 in Civil Appeal No.5128 of 2021, the Hon'ble Supreme Court has issued directions for expeditious disposal of this Petition. 2.

Upon this order being brought to our notice, we inquired with the learned counsel for the Petitioner whether

906-WP-774-2024 (OS).DOCX the matter could be immediately taken up for final disposal. Though he was ready, he pointed out that the counsel for the second Respondent has been recently elevated as the Judge of this Court. Besides, the learned counsel for the first Respondent is not present today, possibly because the matters were posted for directions in order to apprise this Bench of the Hon'ble Supreme Court's order dated 3 September 2021. Accordingly, we post these matters for final disposal at the admission stage on 21 November 2025.

3.

We request Mr. Chotani, learned counsel for the Petitioner to serve fresh notices upon first and second Respondents and file proof of service. If despite receipt of this notice, the Respondents or their counsel or any counsel on their behalf fail to appear, we will proceed with the final hearing in this Petition. A copy of this order may also be served upon the first and second Respondents along with the notice.

4.

List the matters on 21 November 2025 for directions/final disposal.
