Ms. Khan appears for Sahara Hospitality Ltd.. She states that she has been recently engaged and will hereafter appear in the matter irrespective of whether her name appears on the cause list or not.

Learned counsel for Airport Authority of India points out that an interim order made in this Petition restrains the Authority from

10-WP-798-2024.DOCX taking any action against Sahara Hospitality Ltd. and this is causing tremendous prejudice to the Authority. Considering the reason given, we defer the hearing in this Interim Application. However, if Sahara Hospitality Ltd. wishes to file any reply to the Interim Application, they must file a reply by serving advance copy on the learned counsel for the Airport Authority of India latest by 17 October 2025. 3.

We clarify that we will not extend time limit for filing this reply because sufficient opportunity has already been granted to the Petitioner in this matter. Further, we list this Interim Application on 7 November 2025.
