We are informed by Mr.Thorat, learned Senior Counsel for the Petitioner that the owners of the land Tulsiram Devi Deyal Charitable Trust has also filed Writ Petition No.1923 of 2019 assailing the steps taken by the Chief Executive Officer, SRA/State Government to acquire the land under Section 14 of the Maharashtra Slum Act, 1971.

It is his contention that as the challenge in both these Petitions are common, the said Petition also be listed along with the present Petition.

We accordingly, direct the Office to list the Writ Petition No.1923 of 2019 along with this present Writ Petition on the adjourned date of hearing.

The Advocate for the Petitioner is requested to give intimation of the order to M/s.Dimondwala & Co., who is Advocate for the Petitioner in the said Petition. We also direct the said Petitioners to serve copies of the Petition to Respondent Nos.4 and 5 who are represented by Mr.Khandeparkar, learned Senior Counsel and Mr.Sharma for Respondent No.3.
