There are two petitions. Insofar as Writ Petition No. 942 of 2024, pleadings are complete. However, there are companion petition, being Writ Petition No. 1923 of 2019 and Mr. Khandeparkar, learned senior counsel 12 December, 2024
1.WP942_2024.DOC appearing for respondent no. 6/developer states that inadvertently reply affidavit to this petition is not filed. Learned counsel for the petitioner in Writ Petition no. 1923 of 2019 also states that the petitioners does not have benefit of reply affidavit filed on behalf of the SRA in the companion petition. He intends to have a copy of the same from Mr. Thorat, learned senior counsel representing the petition in Writ Petition No. 942 of 2024. 2.
In this view of the matter, we are unable to proceed in this matter. Let pleadings on Writ Petition no. 1923 of 2019 be completed on or before the adjourned date of hearing.

List the proceedings for hearing on 16 January, 2025 at 2.30 p.m. 4.
Ad-interim relief, if any granted earlier, shall continue to operate till the adjourned date of hearing.
