As directed by our order dated 13th June 2025, in the proceedings of Writ Petition No.1230 of 2024 an amount of Rs.21 lacs has been deposited by the Respondent No.1-developer (Right Channel Constructions Pvt Ltd.). However, in the proceedings of Writ Petition No.4992 of 2024, an amount of Rs.40,48,232/- has not been Meera Jadhav
