Let the affidavits on behalf of both the parties in regard to the transit rent be placed on record. If there is some dispute with respect to Permanent Alternate Accommodation Agreement to be entered between the Petitioner and the Developer-Respondent No.1, the same will be heard on the adjourned date of hearing. As there is some issue with regard to the parking on which the MHADA will be required to be heard as per the provisions of the Development Control and Promotion Regulations, Section 33(7) would be required to be taken into consideration.
