Let reply affidavit in regard to the issue of parking spaces be placed on record on behalf of the Municipal Corporation as also by MHADA before the adjourned date of hearing. Our order in this regard passed on the earlier occasion is quite clear that the issue be decided considering the provisions of the Development Control And Promotion Regulations, 2034. All other contentions are expressly kept open.
