Learned counsel for the petitioner and respondent No.5 have placed on record consent terms as entered between these parties, by which they state that the dispute between the parties stand resolved, in a manner as agreed in the consent terms.

We have perused the consent terms. Respondent Nos. 1 to 4 obviously are not the parties to the consent terms, they are the official respondents as the arrangement as set out in the consent terms, is a arrangement between the private parties.

We accept the request as made on behalf of the petitioner and respondent No.5, for the petition to be disposed of, in terms of consent terms. Undertakings any in the consent terms, stand accepted. The consent terms are signed by the authorised signatory under a resolution of the Board of Directors of respondent 14 August 2025 Kiran Kawre
902-WP-1797-2024.DOC No.5, copy of which is annexed to the consent terms, they are also singed on behalf of the petitioner by its authorized representative Mr. Mohan Madhav Kamat. The respective advocates have also signed the consent terms. Accordingly, the consent terms are taken on record and marked "X" for identification. 4.
We are informed that the signatories to the consent terms are also present in the Court and are identified by their respective advocates. 5.
Parties to act on the authority copy of the order. Certified copy fo the order as also of the consent terms be issued to the parties. 6.
