By our earlier order dated 01st December 2022, leave was granted to add the directors of respondent No.4 as partyrespondents. On the premise that such an addition would be made by amending the cause title, this Court had directed to issue notices to the added parties, which were made returnable on 17th January 2023.

It now turns out that the learned counsel for the petitioners has not even bothered to amend the cause title. Without amending 27th June 2024

28.WP.2556-24.DOCX the cause title, notices were given to the alleged directors of respondent No.4 company.

Learned counsel for the petitioners now states that she will verify the names of the directors and add them as respondents within a week from today. If such respondents are added by amending the cause title, issue notices to such newly added respondents, returnable on 02nd August 2024.

Learned counsel for respondents No. 1 to 3 - SRA is directed to provide the details of the directors of respondent No.4 within 4 days from today to the learned counsel for the petitioners.
