The learned counsel for the Petitioners seeks permission to withdraw this Petition as Respondent No. 2-Bank has issued a letter dated 6th January 2026, stating that the entire outstanding amount along with other charges pertaining to the Housing loan has been liquidated and hence, a no dues certificate is issued. It is specifically stated that there is nothing outstanding against the Captioned Housing loan as on date. Copy of the letter is taken on record. 2.
