SRA/Eligibility/Kurla/(A.C)/62/2019 by verifying the documentary evidence of the Petitioner and decide eligibility of hut No. 21A in a time bound manner"

We find that the orders passed by the Additional Collector (EN/RE), Mumbai, Eastern Suburban, Mumbai are not being implementing is the grievance Laxmi

18 WP 3275-25.DOC of the Petitioner. We direct the concerned authority to implement the said order as expeditiously as possible and in any event within two weeks from today. All contentions of the parties are expressly kept open. 3.

Disposed of in the aforesaid terms. No costs. 4.
