2) Learned Advocate appearing for Respondent No.8 submitted that, the Petitioner has already preferred an Appeal, under Section 247 of the Maharashtra Land Revenue Code, 1966, against the impugned Order dated 26th July 2021, before the Divisional Commissioner, Mumbai. 3) In view thereof, learned Advocate for Petitioner on instructions seeks leave to withdraw Petition with liberty to pursue the alternate statutory remedy already availed by him, before the concerned Authority. 3.1) Leave and liberty granted.

4) Petition is disposed off as withdrawn with aforesaid liberty. 5) In view of disposal of Petition, Interim Application (L) No. 26980 of 2024 filed therein, does not survive and is accordingly disposed off.
