1. Ld. Advocate for the Petitioner submitted that he has uploaded administration bond online having document no. EDHCBM02395152024.

2. While dictating the order, it appears that name of the deceased mentioned in petition is "Bal Krishna Sharma". However, in Aadhar card of the deceased it is mentioned as "Balkrishna Sharma" and his father's name is mentioned as " s/o S. P. Sharma". Similarly, on the death certificate deceased father name is mentioned as "S P Sharma". Hence, Ld. Advocate for the petitioner to clarify the same, so that final order can be passed. Hence, adjourned.
