2. While preparing the Grant, office has mentioned in the draft, the place of death of the deceased as 'Mumbai' instead of 'Goa'.

However, in the order dated 05.04.2024, place of death of the deceased is correctly mentioned as 'Goa'.

3. The Ld. Advocate for the Petitioner informs that the Grant has been issued on 28.06.2024 and the Ld. Advocate for the Petitioner has collected the same after 03.07.2024.

4. Office has informed that in para - 1 of the Petition, the place of death is mentioned as 'Mumbai'. The Ld. Advocate for the Petitioner submits that she may be permitted to correct the place of death of the deceased in para - 1, as 'Goa' instead of 'Mumbai'. She further submits that this Petition was filed by the previous Advocate, Shabnam Latiwala and she has came on record in December 2023.

5. The Ld. Advocate for the Petitioner is permitted to correct the place of death of the deceased in para - 1 of the Petition as 'Goa' instead of 'Mumbai' by way of amendment.

Amendment to be carried out during the course of the day. Re-verification is dispensed with.

6. After amendment is carried out, office to place the grant before the Ld. Prothonotary and Senior Master for further directions.
