TP/499/2025 Mr. Shivam Gupta, Advocate for petitioner PC : 1. Perused Petition. Heard Ld. Advocate for petitioner. This petition is for Succession Certificate in respect of certain securities belonging to deceased filed by petitioner namely Raisahab s/o. Pratap Singh being son of deceased. Deceased namely Geetadevi Pratap Singh died intestate at Palghar on 14.12.2019 Copy of death certificate is annexed to the petition. Identification proof of deceased viz. copy of Pancard is already annexed to the petition.

2. Ld. Advocate for petitioner submits that parents and husband of deceased predeceased the deceased. One son of deceased namely Santosh Pratap Singh died on 05.03.2007 leaving behind his widow and one daughter. Deceased was survived by four sons, one married daughter, one daughter-in-law and one granddaughter. Out of them one son is petitioner herein and all other legal heirs have given their consents in favour of petitioner. Consent Affidavits are on record. There are no other legal heirs.

3. Petitioner's oath is filed. Affidavit of Service of affixation of General Notice dated 05.02.2025 and Administration Bond dated 05.02.2025 are filed separately through e-filing. Delay is explained and the same is condoned. All other legal formalities are complied with. Hence, petition is granted.
