21. TP/646/2024 ) ) ) ) ) ) ) ) ) ) ) ) ) ) ) ) ) ) ) ) ) Mr. Girish Sawant, Advocate for Petitioner P.C. : The present matter is placed on board in view of Praecipe alongwith Affidavit dated 21.08.2025 filed by Advocate for Petitioner seeking extension of time for executing Grant of Probate.

Perused Affidavit. It is averred in the said Affidavit that the Hon'ble Court was pleased to grant Letters of Administration dated 17.02.2025. However, due to personal and health issues, Petitioner could not administer the same. It is further averred that the Petitioner has to approach various authorities for transmission of assets mentioned in the Grant in her name. However, in the meantime, time granted for the purpose of administration is expired and the same is required to be extended.

In view of aforesaid Praecipe supported with Affidavit, further six months time is extended for execution of Grant issued in the matter.
