TP/1052/2025 Mr. Sagar Parab a/w. R T. Kharwar i/b. H S Trivedi, Advocate for petitioner PC : 1. Perused Petition. Heard Ld. Advocate for petitioner. This petition is for Succession Certificate in respect of certain debts belonging to deceased filed by petitioner namely Bharti Hemendra Bhavsar being wife of deceased. Deceased namely Hemendra Kantilal Bhavsar died intestate at Mumbai on 01.03.2020. Copy of death certificate is annexed to the petition. Identification proof of deceased viz. copy of Aadhaar Card is already annexed to the petition.

2. Ld. Advocate for petitioner submits that parents of deceased predeceased the deceased. Deceased was survived by wife and two daughters. Out of them wife is petitioner herein and all other legal heirs have given their consents in favour of petitioner. Consent Affidavits are on record. There are no other legal heirs.

3. Petitioner's oath is filed. Affidavit of Service of affixation of General Notice dated 21.04.2025 and Administration Bond 05.04.2025 are filed separately through e-filing. Delay is explained and the same is condoned. All other legal formalities are complied with. Hence, petition is granted.
