TP/1492/2025 Mr. Niraj V. Punmiya a/w. Bhakti Patil, Advocate for petitioner PC : 1. Perused Petition. Heard Ld. Advocate for petitioner. Interim Application (L) No. 8426 of 2024 is disposed by an order dated 26.09.2024. Ld. Advocate for petitioner submits that there no caveat is filed in this matter till date. This petition is for Succession Certificate in respect of certain debts and securities belonging to deceased filed by petitioner namely Vinodkumar Gautamlal Shah being husband of deceased. Deceased namely Kokilaben Vinodkumar Shah died intestate at Mumbai on 23.08.2021. Copy of death certificate is annexed to the petition. Identification proof of deceased viz. copy of Aadhaar Card is already annexed to the petition.

2. Ld. Advocate for petitioner submits that deceased had three sons and one daughter. One son of deceased namely Pintu Vinodkumar Shah died leaving behind his widow and two daughters. Deceased was survived by husband, two sons, one daughter, one daughter-in-law and two granddaughters. Out of them husband is petitioner herein and all other legal heirs have given their consents in favour of petitioner. Consent Affidavits are on record. There are no other legal heirs.

3. Petitioner's oath is filed. Affidavit of Service of affixation of General Notice dated 17.04.2025 and Administration Bond dated 19.06.2025 are filed. All other legal formalities are complied with. Hence, petition is granted.
