TP/1493/2025 Mr. Niraj V. Punmiya a/w. Bhakti Patil, Advocate for petitioner PC : 1. Perused Petition. Heard Ld. Advocate for petitioner. Interim Application (L) No. 25755 of 2024 is disposed by an order dated 26.09.2024. Ld. Advocate for petitioner submits that there no caveat is filed in this matter till date. This petition is for Succession Certificate in respect of certain debts and securities belonging to deceased filed by petitioner namely Sonal Pintu Shah being widow of deceased. Deceased namely Pintu Vinodkumar Shah died intestate at Bhavnagar, Gujarat on 28.06.2021. Copy of death certificate is annexed to the petition. Identification proof of deceased viz. copy of Aadhaar Card is already annexed to the petition.

2. Ld. Advocate for petitioner submits that deceased was survived by widow and two daughters. Out of them widow is petitioner herein and both daughters have given their consents in favour of petitioner. Consent Affidavits are on record. There are no other legal heirs.

3. Petitioner's oath is filed. Affidavit of Service of affixation of General Notice dated 17.04.2025 and Administration Bond dated 19.06.2025 are filed. All other legal formalities are complied with. Hence, petition is granted.
