Furthermore, petitioner to take steps to correct the prayer and take steps to correct the schedule-I of the petition. Hence, adjourned.

Advocate for the petitioner moved a praecipe dated 26.09.2024 and thereby prays to permit the petitioner to amend the schedule-I of the petition and to correct the prayer from "Throughout India" to "State of Maharashtra". Submission is accepted. Praecipe is allowed. Upon filing of the additional affidavit of the petitioner confirming the amendment, re-verification is dispensed with.

4. Petitioner to carry out an amendment as prayed for in the praecipe and consequential amendment, if any, within two weeks from the date of uploading of this order, if petition is pending.
