Read praecipe dated 29.01.2025 which is countersigned on 21.02.2025 along with the draft amendment, true copies of the death certificate of Shankar Jagtap and Rakhmabai Jagtap. Proposed amendment is just and required for the proceeding. Hence, submission is accepted. Praecipe is allowed as per the draft amendment.

In view of the true copies of the death certificate, reverification is dispensed with. Ld. Advocate for the Petitioner to initial the amendment.

Furthermore, petitioner seeks permission to amend the schedule-I of the petition. Furthermore, it appears that while removing the objections at the lodging stage. Ld. Advocate for the Petitioner has corrected the schedule-I as well as para no. 8 of the petition to the extent of the value. However, it is not countersigned. Ld. Advocate for the Petitioner to resign it before the Section Officer and Office to acknowledge the same.

Petitioner to carry out an amendment as well as consequential amendments within three weeks from the date of uploading of this order, if petition is pending.
