Advocate for the Petitioner to take steps to state about the husband of the deceased and take steps to amend the marital status of the deceased and take steps to Notice to Collector as per provisions of the Bombay High Court (OS) Rules, 1980. Furthermore, the petitioner to explain the capacity to present the petition, as per the law.
