Petitioner to aver fact about Sulochanaben's Children, if any. Furthermore, the petitioner to delete the name of the legal heirs from the table, who are not entitled to inherit the property being heir of said deceased, vide provisions of the Hindu Succession Act, 1956.

The petitioner to produce the identity proof of the deceased or file an affidavit supporting with the document for dispensation of an requisition to produce the identity proof of the deceased.
