Petitioner is permitted to amend the petition and so that to explain the chain of inheritance and explain legal heirs as per the personal laws applicable to the deceased. Praecipe is allowed. Furthermore, petitioner is also allowed to amend the blank space remained in the petition. Upon filing additional affidavit of the petitioner confirming the amendment, re-verification is dispensed with.
