1. Perused Petition. Heard Ld. Advocate for petitioner. The present petition ws filed in the year 2021 however, it was rejected for non-removal of office objections and the same is restored by an order dated 03.07.2025 passed in Chamber Order (L) No. 14 of 2025.

2. This petition is for Succession Certificate in respect of certain securities belonging to deceased filed by petitioner namely Hemant Prabhakar Gandhi being son of deceased. Deceased namely Prabhakar Rangildas Gandhi died intestate at Mumbai on 04.11.1996. Copy of death certificate is annexed to the petition. Petitioner has filed Affidavit dated 01.07.2025 for non-availability of identification proof of deceased. The same is accepted.

3. Ld. Advocate for petitioner submits that parents of deceased predeceased the deceased. Widow of deceased since deceased the deceased. One son of deceased namely Jitin died on 03.04.2020 leaving behind his widow, one son and one daughter. Deceased was survived by one son, daughter-in-law, one grandson and one granddaughter. Out of them son is petitioner herein and the daughter-in-law, grandson and granddaughter have given their consents in favour of petitioner herein. Consent Affidavits are on record. There are no other legal heirs.

4. Petitioner's oath is filed. Affidavit of Service of affixation of General Notice dated 23.12.2025 is filed. Administration Bond dated 14.01.2026 is filed. Delay is explained and same is condoned. All other legal formalities are complied with. Hence, petition is granted.
