This Petition is filed for issuance of heirship certificate under Section 2 of the Bombay Regulation VIII of 1827 in respect of Madhavan Nadamuni, who is reported to be missing since 23 May 2004.

Let the proclamation be first published in two newspapers i.e. Daily Thanthi (Tamil) and Free Press Journal (English), having circulation in the area in which the deceased had last resided.
