On 10 November 2025, the following order was passed:- 1) This Notice is filed under the provisions of Order XXI, Rule 22 of the Code of Civil Procedure, in the year 2025. 2) At the request of the learned advocate for the applicant, as a matter of last chance, stand over to 8 December, 2025 to enable the learned advocate for the applicant to serve the respondents. 3) It is made clear that if no steps are taken before the next date of the hearing, the Notice and Execution Application will stand dismissed on the ground that the applicant is not interested in pursuing the execution application any further. 2.
