By this Chamber Order the Applicant seeks to add the address of Respondent in column B of Execution Application as per schedule annexed to the Chamber Order.

Perused the affidavit in support. Heard. Ld. Advocate for the Applicant submits that, the Applicant came to know that the Respondent has shifted from the address mentioned in the Execution Application. He, therefore, prays that the Applicant may be permitted to add the new address of the Respondent in Column B of the Execution Application.

For the reasons mentioned in the affidavit in support, the Chamber Order is allowed and signed separately. Amendment to be carried out within two weeks from today.
