The present Petition is listed on board in view of Praecipe dated 28.04.2025 submitted by ld. Advocate for the applicant for approval of draft of Bank Guarantee.

Pursuant to Order dated 29.01.2024 read with Orders dated 01.03.2024 and 05.02.2025 passed by the Hon'ble Court, ld. Advocate for the applicant tenders draft of Bank Guarantee of State Bank of India, Nariman Point Branch, Mumbai in the prescribed format.

Ld. Advocate for the respondent gives no objection for approval of aforesaid draft of Bank Guarantee.

In view thereof, aforesaid draft of Bank Guarantee is approved. The applicant is directed to engross approved draft of Bank Guarantee and submit engrossed Bank Guarantee with the department as per aforesaid Orders passed by the Hon'ble Court. The applicant to serve copy of engrossed Bank Guarantee upon other side.
