By an order dated 18th November 2025 the said Interim Application was allowed and this Court directed the Applicants to carry out the amendments within a period of two weeks from that date. 2.

Mr. Amit Tungare, learned Counsel who appears on behalf of Applicant states that the amendment could not be carried out and seeks an extension of time. As and by way of last indulgence, amendment shall be carried out on or before 3rd February 2026 and a copy thereof shall be served on the other side. This indulgence is being granted to the Applicant on account of the fact that the second beneficiary is stated to be residing in Bangalore and suffering from health issues which has prevented him from coming to Mumbai and re-verifying the Petition. 3.

Stand over to 10th February 2026.
