Heard the learned Counsel for the Applicant/Petitioner. 2.

This application is filed seeking deletion of Biharilal Daulatram Chhabria, the petitioner No.2 from the array of the petition as Biharilal Daulatram Chhabria, one of the executors of the Will, has passed away on 27th February 2021. 3.

The application is supported by a copy of the death certificate. Sheela Harilal Nagpal, Petitioner No.1, is the other executor. Hence, the application stands allowed in terms of prayer clause (a).
