This Interim Application has been filed seeking to bring on ARTI VILAS KHATATE record the heirs of the deceased Respondent no.2. 2.

Mr.Rohan Sawant, learned Counsel, submits that he has instructions to appear for the proposed Respondents 2(a) and 2(b) who are the legal heirs of the deceased Respondent no.2 and submits that he has no objection if the application is allowed. avk 1/2

Having heard the learned Counsel and having considered his submissions, this Court is of the view that the application be allowed in terms of prayer clause (a) which reads thus : "(a) That this Hon'ble Court be pleased to allow the Applicants to amend the cause title of the Company Appeal by carrying out necessary amendment as per schedule annexed hereto as Exhibit C."

Let the amendment as per the schedule be carried out within a period of two weeks and the amended appeal and the proceedings be served on the others in two weeks thereafter and an appropriate Affidavit of service be filed.

The Interim Application, accordingly, stands allowed and disposed as above.
