Notice of admission of the Appeal shall be served on the respondents through bailiff, by Registered Post A.D., WhatsApp, and/or email, in addition to which the Appellant may serve the Respondents through the Advocate appearing for the respective parties before the Court of the Civil Judge Senior Division at Vasco-Da-Gama.

3. Notice shall be made returnable in four weeks. Set the matter for final hearing on 02.05.2024. Liberty to mention the matter on the date of hearing.

4. The notice to state that the matter shall be heard and disposed of on 02.05.2024. Since, despite notice, the Respondents have chosen not to appear in the matter, pending disposal of this Appeal, the subsequent purchasers, i.e. Respondents No.46 to 57, shall not create any third-party rights or transfer the suit plots bearing No.23, 8, 10, 16, 13 in Survey No.85/6 of Village Cortalim and any construction which may have commenced on these plots shall be subject to the outcome of the suit and at the risk of the subsequent purchasers, i.e. Respondents No.46 to 57.
