CORAM: MANISH PITALE, J.

DATE: 17th November, 2021.

P. C.:

This is an application moved by the petitioners contending that depsite the interim order dated 12/8/2021 passed by this Court, the respondents have made attempts to dispossess the petitioners from the suit premises. It is contended that unless a specific direction is given restraining the respondents from making any attempt to directly or indirectly dispossess the petitioners from the suit premises, great prejudice would be suffered by the applicants/petitioners. 2.

Mr. D'Mello, the learned counsel appearing for the respondents submits that he has instructions to appear for the respondent nos.1(a) and 1 (b). He contends that he does not have a copy of the petition and

Aura 901 -CA 2348 2021/(Filing No.) that a copy of the application is given to him in the Court today. The learned counsel submits that he would require some time to take instructions to respond to the petition as well as the application. 3.

In view of the above, list this application along with the Writ Petition on 30/11/2021 for further consideration. 4.

In the meanwhile, as an ad interim direction and until the next date of listing, it is directed that the respondents shall not in any manner directly or indirectly seek to dispossess the petitioners from the suit premises.
